  • Program development for individuals with intellectual disabilities and other co-existing mental health conditions, are committed to the State of MN due to their risk to others and their inability to safely live, in a less structured community setting.
  • Develop and author programs for individuals that are consistent with the 245. D Licensing standard and positive supports rule and develop programs with positive behavior supports and person-centered practices.
  • Participate in Clinical team meetings, admissions, discharges, monthly support team meetings.
  • Partner and build relationships with external stakeholders such as county and tribe case managers and legal guardians
  • Work with civil and criminal law lawyers, probation officers, mental health examiners, attend court hearings, commitment hearings, Rule 20 hearings and criminal court hearings.
