  • Mediate collegiate softball recruiting process by serving as a liaison between student athletes and college softball coaches across the country. (DI-DIII, NAIA, etc.)
  • Identified high school student athletes in Illinois that have the potential and desire to play softball at the collegiate level, provide them with an affordable platform to showcase their skills in front of college coaches and potentially earn college scholarships to continue education.
  • Established relationships with high school coaches in Illinois and college coaches across the country.
  • Created a booklet containing player profiles coordinated by assigned jersey number and color for the college coaches that attended so they could identify the player with ease and make notes. Profiles included GPA, test scores, contact information, athletic achievements, high school coaches contact information, travel ball club names, etc.
  • Prepared annual budget forecasts and monitored performance to meet organizational objectives.
  • Cultivated strong relationships with external partners to foster collaboration and maximize resources.
  • Employed optimal safety practices to reduce worksite complaints and hazards.
  • Year 1 consisted of roughly 125 student athletes and 50 college coaches in attendance.
  • Year 2 consisted of 175 student athletes and about 80 college coaches in attendance.
  • Greatest achievement, based on feedback provided from participants and coaches, about 55-60 high school student athletes that participated got recruited by and attended a college/university in attendance at the showcase.
