Palliative Care of the terminally ill. Job duties are to assist with patient ADL's while also providing emotional support. Assessing for changes in patient condition, notifying patient Case Manager as necessary.

Responsible for resident care, to include: dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding,medication reminders and assisting with transfers. This job was my first experience helping others on this level. Gaining this experience solidified my desire to become a nurse and also resulted in a job offer from Hospice Advantage.
