Dispatch repair work; assign technicians to mechanical segments that match their skill level to ensure quality.
Review technician repair comments and verify completed and appropriate for work performed on each operation.
Provide technical support for technicians when necessary.
Provide a complete and accurate written cost work estimate for every repair, unless directed otherwise.
Mentor and motivate qualified service technicians.
Mentor and assist technicians in developing their skills with Manager Support.
Ensure that all department employees receive appropriate manufacturing training.
Input and submit technician weekly payroll to department managers.
Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable local, city, state and federal laws and statutes.
