This role integrates clinical expertise, data analysis, and teaching skills to promote evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous professional development among nursing staff.

Provided clinical leadership for hospital operations during assigned shifts. Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize bed utilization. Collaborate with providers and external facilities regarding transfers and referrals.

Primary RN in critical access ER; provided triage and rapid assessment, prioritized care based on acuity, and initiated protocols for trauma, cardiac, pediatric, psychiatric, and medical emergencies. Worked closely with providers, ancillary staff, and first responders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Delivered comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in a critical access setting. Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document findings in EHR.
