• Manage team of three assistant directors to identify, recruit and retain an annual base of donors to support growth and development of student scholarships, funds and programs

• Managed three Leadership Annual Giving Officers from 2017-2020 to move donors through pipeline from traditional annual giving to mid-level giving before transitioning staff to major gift team
• Determine annual giving strategy and implement projects for College of Law, College of Engineering, and University College, as well as several special interest groups on campus
• Develop strategies for cross-collaboration of giving and alumni membership following 2022 merger with Office of Alumni Engagement

• Assumed management and accountability for higher level Phonathon Program initiatives to oversee CampusCall calling software, determine daily calling plans, evaluate caller and program performance, create call center policies, and coordinate communication with UT Foundation and donors to raise more than $300,000 annually for student initiatives
• Continued oversight of all Student Callers, Phonathon Student Supervisors and daytime Student Office Worker
• Devised strategic plan in coordination with college leadership for Phonathon by determining goals, identifying target populations of alumni to solicit
• Developed convincing, informative and motivational Phonathon scripts for all colleges and organizations
• Exercised judgment and fiscal responsibility for Phonathon budget and prepared revenue reports

• Managed operations for Phonathon Program including recruitment, hiring, training, coaching and supervision of 35-40 student callers, Phonathon Supervisors and Annual Giving Office Assistants
