I train new RNs/LPNs once they complete orientation. I administer medications and work with Psychiatrists and Social Workers in patient care. I complete the CIWA's and COWs on patients each shift and contact the MD for new admissions and orders.

I administered medications and worked alongside Nurse Practitioners in patient care. I completed CIWAs/ COWs on patients. I also helped train new employees and did the intake of new admissions to our facility.

I worked alongside a Nurse Practioner during the week in primary care at LMC Swansea. I pulled patients back, took their vitals, administered vaccines and re ordered medications per NP's orders. On the weekend, I assisted with patients in the urgent care of LMC Swansea.

Prior to that at LMC, I worked infectious disease with the ID Doctors and psychiatrists which were also housed in this office. I took the psych consults prior to leaving LMC ID. I pulled patient's back, took their vital signs and administered vaccines.

I was a Mental Health Tech from 2012-2015. I became a LPN in Augst of 2015. I received my BA in Psychology in 2009.

I did the new admission of patients coming in for inpatient treatment. I completed CIWAs/ COWs on patients and administered medications.
