I was a live in Nanny and was responsible for a 4 year old and a 16 year old. My duties included,

• Prepared meals and snacks for children based on dietary guidelines.
• Supported children in play activities, meals, and snacks, hygiene and socialization.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.
• Bathed, dressed, and helped with teeth brushing as part of bedtime preparation. (for the 4yr old)
• Monitored schedules to maintain sleeping, eating, and school schedules for children.
• Taught children basic life skills, manners and personal hygiene.

• Instructed adult students in various Medical Assisting duties.
• I taught front and back office job skills.
• Increased student retention by providing consistent support, mentorship, and tutoring services.
• Cultivated strong relationships with alumni networks that led to increased job placement rates for program graduates.
• Contributed to the overall success of the Medical Assisting program by consistently meeting or exceeding student enrollment targets.
• Collaborated with fellow instructors to develop and implement a comprehensive Medical Assisting curriculum.
