PAES Lab stands for Practical Assessment Exploration System Lab. It is a simulated work assessment and hands-on curriculum lab where students learn by structured environment. This is a special education curriculum that is heavily supported by vocational rehab in Nevada.
In April of 2025 I became a train the trainer of Handle with Care. This is a program used to treat someone with caution building relationships with students however it prepares individuals to appropriately handle students should they become violent.
In November of 2023, I wrote a grant and obtained 80,000+ for the PAES lab scan. This is an add on to the PAES lab that I obtained for the entire district.
