• Provide care for inpatient and outpatient patient undergoing stress echocardiograms, Lexiscan stress tests, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions.
• Perform pre and post assessments, establish IV access, administer medications and sedation, monitor patient throughout the procedures.
• Monitor closely patients cardiac rhythm, vital signs, oxygen saturation, and patient response during cardiac testing and procedures.
• Document treatments delivered, medications and IVs administered, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Serve as charge nurse for the stress lab, coordinating daily workflow, nurse assignments, patient schedules, and use of secure chat to follow-up with caregivers to workup orders for inpatient tests.

Cardiac cath lab procedures as a circulator nurse, maintain a sterile environment, monitor patient status, administer medications, anticipate the physician's needs during procedures. Work closely with cardiac cath lab team with on-call coverage providing emergent cardiac care.
