· Family Support: Offer friendly, non-threating support, building strong parent-child relationships and helping families achieve goals.

· Education: Provide information on child development, positive parenting, health, safety, and nutrition.

· Resource Connection: Link families to community resources like healthcare, childcare, financial assistant, and social services.

· Assessment & Monitoring: Use screening tools (like ASQ, PICCOLO and RAT) to assess child development and family needs, alerting supervisors to potential problems.

· Planning, Goal Setting, Collaboration & Record Keeping: Acquire and implement individualized family service plans with families, maintain accurate, confidential records of visits, progress and outcomes. Work with other professionals to coordinate care.

· Support efforts to engage and mobilize the community in prevention of sexual violence to build a safer community.

· Implementing violence prevention curriculum with youth and adults in schools and other community settings.

· Provide direct support and advocacy on behalf of victim(s) of sexual violence.

· Ensuring that all data and documentation appropriately and confidentiality maintained.

Contributed to successful completion of internship at 11th District Attorney’s Office, gaining comprehensive understanding of operational processes. Engaged in victim interviews and court proceedings, enhancing procedural knowledge. Streamlined communication by efficiently sending notices to victims and jury panels, and delivering well-prepared case synopses.
