Throughout my two years at DHL, I have always strived to make sure that inventory is accurate, and go above and beyond to correct system issues and find lost inventory to clear shorts. I am passionate about learning and teaching others the importance of accurate counting, scanning and proper procedures so that pallets are placed in their correct location. I believe that efficiency and productivity will increase if we put into place procedures that ensure we receive inventory correctly, and setting up processes that ensure work is flowing correctly throughout the warehouse.
