• Served as a project manager for scriptwriting a theological video series (manage scriptwriter and researchers and collaborate with the pastor in project development).

• Researched & produce weekly sermon briefs for pastors (including verse-by-verse commentary, theological summaries, and creative illustrations/examples).
• Research/Writing for ad hoc projects (including an overview of the Book of Revelation, a survey of material for book projects, creative illustrations for an 8-sermon series on Joshua, etc.).

• Oversaw one online section (per semester) of the PM 105: The Christian Life and Witness course

• Managed mission site teams in: Rutland, VT; Adirondacks, NY; Niagara Falls, NY; Monessen, PA (2013); Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, PA; McDowell County, WV, and Hurricane Sandy Relief in NJ (2014); Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, PA; Harrisburg, PA (2015).
• Each summer, directed 3-4 mission site teams (college age staff), who facilitate Christ-centered mission trips for youth groups.
• Developed training curriculum and materials for learning the issues in each community.
• Provided hands-on leadership and training of the staff teams.
• Provided directive leadership of the Site Directors both on-site and over the phone, empowering them in managing the logistics of their mission sites, in facilitating the programming of their sites, and in leading their staff teams. Also provided leadership in crisis management.
• Supervised the staff evaluation process, including two formal evaluations of the Site Directors, assisting Site Directors in their evaluations of their staff, and on-going informal evaluation of staff throughout the summer.
• Developed relationships with community members and partners involved in service and community development in each location.

• Assisted with an after-school/summer program primarily for Somali refugee youth.

• Wrote a thirty-day prayer guide for the church during Ramadan.
• Wrote a research brief for the church elders summarizing the presentations at the Lausanne 2010 Cape Town Convention.
• Aided with administrative and communication tasks.

• Led a Bible study for inner-city 6th grade girls.
• Tutored middle school inner-city students.

• Interned with Bible translation ministry in Papua New Guinea.
• Shadowed missionaries, learned the language from the people, and assisted with Bible translation projects.
• Aided in teaching steps in the Bible translation process to Papua New Guineans from 9 different language groups (taught in the pidgin trade language).

• Organized and led recreational activities for the campground.
• Directed and mentored a team of 15 high school and college-age staff, supervised their housing, assistant-supervised their work.
• Assisted in work of various campground functions (answered the phones, registered campers, cleaned bathrooms, cooked in the cafe, assisted with yard work supervised the recreation shack).
• Ministered to families vacationing throughout the summer and preached in the weekly chapel services.
• Led the staff spiritually throughout the summer, guided staff through conflict situations, and facilitated opportunities for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
