Providing basic lawn care, home maintenance and improvement projects, and basic auto mechanics for multiple family members, friends, and 3 elderly neighbors in need of assistance 2 or 3 times a month.

• Lawn Care - Mowing with push and ride on mowers , weed eating, edging, hedging, bush trimming and upkeep, and other basic landscaping and needs and leaving serviced area cleaned of all grass and bush clippings, limbs, weeds, after task is complete, some gardening, and basic upkeep as needed or wanted by customer.
• Assisted with basic home maintenance tasks as needed, including, extensive indoor/outdoor cleaning to include, carpet cleaning with machine and by hand in small areas, wall and tile scrubbing, pressure washing driveway, sidewalks, porches and exterior of houses and window cleaning, changing light bulbs, fuses, troubleshooting appliances, and minor repairs and updates such as painting, laying floors, installing very basic light and fan fixtures, and replacing outlet and vent covers to and other needs to ensure a well-functioning living environment for the homeowner.
• Basic Automobile Maintenance - basic oil changes, replacing brakes and rotors if needed, changing tires, monitoring filters and fluid levels and changing and filling if needed. Replacing blown bulbs in tail lights, monitor and maintain other miscellaneous parts for upkeep and repairs when needed or requested.

• Assisted in kitchen management with supervision over 2-3 employees per shift in kitchen and assisted store manager with all the daily prep, stocking, and complete setup for all shifts. Inspecting all kitchen equipment to ensure everything was efficiently and thoroughly cleaned, and worked properly and safely for opening, shift change, and closing. Unloading daily truck deliveries, organizing, and stocking and assisting with inventory on hand and product demand and assist in making sure store product orders were beneficial and profitable.
• Receiving and preparing up to 50 plus orders per shift, promptly and correctly with quality presentation to ensure and excel in customer needs, wants, and overall satisfaction.
• Handling and preparing large catering orders for up to 100-150 people within a quick time frame but also assuring orders are precisely complete to customers detailed request.
• Ensuring that kitchen area is organized and cleaned throughout the entire business day, and all mandatory and required health codes and standards are directly followed and applied by all kitchen staff for opening, closing, and during each shift change.
• Running the grill, fryer, oven, and other misc. cooking equipment, cooking and food prep utensils and knifes. Running large high temp dishwasher, high powered hoses and basic kitchen cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Providing training for all new kitchen staff to include, receiving and preparing multiple orders at a time, proper set up, use and cleaning of all kitchen equipment, providing knowledge of store rules, policy, procedures and work safety guidelines.
• Assisting where needed to include assisting management, wait staff, keeping all areas of the restaurant clean, stocked and prepped throughout the shift to ensure the store operated efficiently at all times. Assuring all shifts are covered when schedule issues occur. Delivering products and employee/shift assistance at downtown location when needed.
