  • Directly responsible for all of the Specialty & Retail Pharmacy files for D-H. This includes ensuring that the files are in-tacked, up to date and accurate for survey visits by tracking, emailing and following up with all of the Pharmacy teams.
  • Monthly keeping and tracking of all AHA Certifications for D-H. This includes 60, 30, 14 Day reminders as well as late notices to the employees and their managers.
  • Provide guidance to our HR Operations Assoc. with the Employee Records email box for employment verifications, file checks and file requests.
  • Supply support and collaboration to our Auditing and Compliance Manager. Working closely on large clean-up projects for regulatory accuracy.
  • File audit and purge project. Purging our term files for files beyond the six year time period per our policy written by General Counsel.
  • Working closely with our Employee Relations Department on Compliance documents with deadlines for Flu and Covid-19 Vaccine as well as eLearning Compliance Documents.
  • Able to work in other areas of HR as needed. This includes working on site with our Occupational Medicine Department when needed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
