Summary

More than two decades of experience in local government that led me into the HR industry. Originally fueled by a passion for health, I earned an MS in Exercise Physiology with a focus on Corporate Wellness. My expertise has since expanded to excellence in leadership development and positive communication, backed by an MBA and PHR Certification. I currently am in a pivotal role to support plants across multiple states. My responsibilities span leadership development, recruiting, and employee relations.
In my past career I also managed large budgets, wrote grants, maintained contracts for programs/services, wrote RFP/RFB's for services and equipment, and other various administrative tasks as they related to community/government operations.
