ELV / IoT Rollout Project Management
- Piloting the deployment of 16 sub systems (e.g Access Control, HVAC, CCTV, IDS , SIS, GBS , Smart Metering , ...) in collaboration with the global Programme Director, including:
- Planning: Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic project schedule for ELV Rollout Project (PMBoK framework)
- Assemble and lead project team to assign tasks and deadlines with close supervision in each stage of the project
- Controlling: Organize regular meetings to get status updates, monitor progress, reallocate resources when needed and support resolving blocking issues without impacting project progress
- Reporting: Collect and Analyze project data to generate status reports to manage agreed KPIs with the team and the customer
- Managing Stakeholders: Regular meetings with the customer to report on progress and resolve conflicting and blocking issues.
Smart City Business Applications
Supporting the smart city applications (e.g. Community Portal, Infoway Finding mobile app, Big Data, IndoorGeolocation, EEM , Messaging Bus, Content Management , Digital Signage) including :
- Manage, direct and support deployment, maintenance and other services related to the software applications used within Msheireb Downtown Smart City Service Delivery (ITIL Based)
- SPOC for the application support team members and the customers alike. - Handling customer tickets or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain business continuity
- Ensures that deployed Releases and the resulting services meet customer expectations.
- Work with Application Support Team to manage and deliver on SLA.
