ELV / IoT Rollout Project Management

• Piloting the deployment of 16 sub systems (e.g Access Control, HVAC, CCTV, IDS , SIS, GBS , Smart Metering , ...) in collaboration with the global Programme Director, including:
• Planning: Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic project schedule for ELV Rollout Project (PMBoK framework)
• Assemble and lead project team to assign tasks and deadlines with close supervision in each stage of the project
• Controlling: Organize regular meetings to get status updates, monitor progress, reallocate resources when needed and support resolving blocking issues without impacting project progress
• Reporting: Collect and Analyze project data to generate status reports to manage agreed KPIs with the team and the customer
• Managing Stakeholders: Regular meetings with the customer to report on progress and resolve conflicting and blocking issues.

Smart City Business Applications

Supporting the smart city applications (e.g. Community Portal, Infoway Finding mobile app, Big Data, IndoorGeolocation, EEM , Messaging Bus, Content Management , Digital Signage) including :

• Manage, direct and support deployment, maintenance and other services related to the software applications used within Msheireb Downtown Smart City Service Delivery (ITIL Based)
• SPOC for the application support team members and the customers alike. - Handling customer tickets or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain business continuity
• Ensures that deployed Releases and the resulting services meet customer expectations.
• Work with Application Support Team to manage and deliver on SLA.

• Managed whole Project life cycle starting from requirements analysis, ROI analysis, Costing & budgeting, project scheduling and Project Control, including testing /rollout / support based on Prince2 framework
• Lead the development of highly innovative, software solutions and strategies that meet specifications and significantly impact future developments
• Estimated cost, and prepared business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support Reviewed /wrote code, lead programming, testing, and debugging of major software development projects delivered on time and on budget
• Managed Project Stakeholders communications, Delivered proposed solutions and lead discussions with clients and vendors as well as provided consulting services
• Created and improved protocols, documentation, and tools for different processes
• L3 Engineering for Capacity Optimization Product True Sight Capacity Optimization BMC
• Orange Business Services SPOC with vendor of capacity optimization product for handling all open incidents and closely follow up
• Worked closely with regular follow up with L2 operations teams

• Managed Projects according to standards and worked closely with Finance, Sales, After sales , Technology, HR&Administration, and other delivery groups to manage the life cycle of highly complex, high risk projects
• Lead a team of three members handling projects in development area
• Worked on the analysis and process improvement of the current existing processes and recommend the needed changes
• Handled support and change requests in the delivered projects.
