Hector Madrigal

I am currently in the US Navy Reserve, serving as an Intelligence Specialist. I am certified in All Source Analysis, Geospatial Analysis, and as a Construction Mechanic. I surround myself with individuals who are willing to work hard because I always put in 100% effort. My two great passions are learning and helping others. I've always had a thirst for knowledge and seeking new experiences with the intent to learn new skills and gain a fresh look on any and all work/life issues. Being able to help others has always given me motivation and fulfills a greater purpose. Most of my work history has been in sales, customer service, and small team supervision. This has given me an advantage with working in teams and as leadership. Additionally I have learned how to address clients with the proper respect and professionalism to match each unique situation. I prefer to work in teams or collaboratively on a singular objective and then moving onto the next task. Being able to bounce ideas off my colleagues and supervisors gives me an insight that is generally harder to induce while working alone. I work best when I can see my work is appreciated and valued. When given additional responsibilities in the workplace it motivates me to lead others and help where I am needed. Lastly I am very competitive in a healthy matter. Being able to have friendly competition within the workplace, whether or not incentives are involved, I have found it makes for a more enjoyable and productive work environment.
