I currently work as a Subrogation Manager, with prior experience in Auto, Property, PIP and Med Pay Subrogation claims.. My job is to explain the subrogation process thoroughly to our insured’s and claimants and to promptly settle claims. I am responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of my teams claims. I am responsible for filing intercompany arbitration when needed. I have created the training and development program for our subrogation department in the past . I have a strong sense of leadership with a team first approach.  I have served as the main point of contact for many client accounts in the past and also managed many client accounts.
