Assemble and disassemble plane turbine motors with different power tools and electric check armatures.

Prep paint and spray armatures with spray gun and dip into varnish for finished look.

Solder various wires and sizes into turbine motors with soldering gun and hi-pot check for any electrical failure.

• Assemble and test basic filter assemblies and components; along with performing other basic sub-assembly procedures and equipment maintenance under supervision
• Follow all written and verbal instructions to carry out assigned work, to form sub-assemblies and filter assemblies, working from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Operates a variety of mechanical and small precision hand tools to hand work parts and sub-assemblies for final assembly
• Assembles bushings, pistons, button assemblies, housing springs and valves
• Performs required repair or rework of assemblies or sub-assemblies, disassembling, and rebuilding sub-assemblies or units, as needed
• Check indicators, modules, and assemblies for alignment and make final adjustments taking whatever corrective action is required
• Uses precision measuring instruments
• Safely operate a wide range of production machinery and CNC Machines

• As a maintenance technician I receive different vehicles like Range Rover, jaguar, Volvo, drive them thru a car wash, take them off transport mode, we add different accessories like head rest, carpets, wheel locks, we also add fuel and wiper fluid if needed

• At skate one I worked in the wood shop area carving cutting and sanding wooden skateboards and also laminating the boards
