  • Identified the need and developed standards for change control requests that were later adopted across the complete Infrastructure services department
  • Project lead on the replacement of legacy Cisco ACE load balancer system
  • Collaborated with application and development teams to create matrix of requirements
  • Analyzed technology solutions for each requirement and created a cost to benefit analysis as well as a recommendation to upper management
  • After analyzing current technology and identifying issues with tertiary (4G) connectivity fail-over technology, worked with principle engineer to design, develop and implement a companywide DMVPN redesign
