  • Live-Action Production Coordinator and support to SVP and VP Live Action Production, VP Physical Production and VP VFX and Post Production.
  • Primary contact person between production executives, writers, directors, producers, agents/managers, cast, studio executives and film production personnel
  • Coordinated with other departments to facilitate smooth transitions between different stages of the production process.
  • Increased production efficiency by maintaining equipment inventory, ensuring all gear was accounted for and in proper working condition.
  • Manage the script clearance process from start to finish and coordinate the internal distribution of daily call sheets and general production updates.

  • Collaborate with team members and write/design artwork for persuasive Powerpoint presentation materials that convey vision and the potential of revenue-generating concepts

SCHEDULING

  • Manage complex schedule and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars, often balancing demands of production executives and filmmakers, and anticipating problems and conflicts in advance.
  • Coordinate the administration, logistics and flow of the work for the assigned executive(s); tracks and follows-up on key “to-do” items on behalf of the assigned executives.

TRAVEL
