Administered IV infusions and IM injections, performed and processed lab work, conducted EKGs, facilitated patient scheduling, completed chart audits, managed inventory, and carried out instructional visits in accordance with physician orders while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.

Started as the office manager before transitioning into Dr. Marsh's pre-operative and post-operative circulating nurse. Administered IV sedation, delivered comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, oversaw AAAA compliance inspections, tested and maintained all surgical equipment, managed the crash cart, performed E-Force checks, removed sutures, and assisted with in-office procedures.

Led patient assessment and education for post-surgical patients, newly diagnosed patients, and those with mismanaged chronic diseases, ensuring they had the knowledge and support to effectively manage their disease process. Delivered advanced wound care, including wound-vac management; drained pleural catheters; removed staples and sutures; obtained laboratory specimens; initiated and coordinated additional disciplines when appropriate; and directed the overall plan of care.

Admitted, assessed, and managed post-surgical patients following a wide range of gynecological procedures. Collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans. Provided immunizations, reviewed and administered medications, and administered treatments as ordered. Performed laboratory draws, maintained IV lines, and ensured safe, protocol-aligned patient discharge.
