Intake - receive, staff and assign reports of child/adult abuse neglect, process pauper burials, process applications and EA/County funds for rent and utility assistance.

CANs - investigate reports of child abuse/neglect, assess safety of children and take necessary steps to ensure child safety.

Foster Care - monitor children in foster, arrange necessary services for children and families to achieve permanency, arrange appointments for foster children, provide transportation, prepare court reports, testify in court, ensure children maintain connections with family, facilitate ISPs, narrate case actions, complete comprehensive family assessments.

On-Call - response to after-hours reports of abuse/neglect, assess safety of children and vulnerable adults, and take necessary action to ensure safety.

Protective Services - provide and monitor services to families where safety threats have been identified, facilitate ISPs, narrate case actions, complete comprehensive family assessments, continuously assess safety while children remain in the home or with family, prepare court reports, testify in court.

Prepare meals for youth.

Transport youth to school and appointments.

Monitor medication.

Provide and assist with basic living skills.

Facilitate group counseling.
