Heidi Franco

As Academic Director my responsibility is providing the highest quality of education and training to all faculty and support staff on campus. This position includes training on curriculum and school policy, selecting faculty and staff, managing academic affairs, managing the orientation of new students and faculty, evaluating and managing all teaching, and facilitating student behavior concerns with teaching staff and families. It also includes conducting school assembles twice a month to honor students success and allow grade levels to perform curriculum based songs or poems.
