HEIDI HANSEN

Idaho Falls

Summary

Over the course of the past 20 years, I have consistently delivered what has been asked of me, and more. Most of these years have been served in an office setting while assisting, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and working with the public. The last 8 plus years working in the judicial system in Jefferson County has been instrumental in developing my court clerking abilities. Specifically, this position has given me added experience in customer service, data entry, and the management of court records and proceedings. I assist judges, attorneys, law enforcement, and other agencies daily. I am also adept at prioritizing my workload and multitasking to be very efficient. Additionally, I have attended all trainings offered by Supreme Court and county requirements. I am looking forward to using the knowledge and experience I have obtained over the last 8 years in the courts to acquire this position, and I am confident that I will be a valuable addition to the SPD.
