I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience in leadership, literacy, MLSS processes and goal setting to enhance and build capacity around improving student data as an instructional leader with a growth mindset. It is my vision to prepare our youth to be academically successful and to be thoughtful, caring strong leaders that with time, will give back to the community that supported their learning.
I am a Passionate Literacy Coach and Leader with twelve years of supporting academic goals and leading teachers in literacy. I regularly evaluate student literacy needs and implement goals based on these needs.
