Responsible for performing audits, reviews, compiling data/reports, and ultimately reporting data and trends found in PEPPER, CASPER, CAHPS and other issues deemed a risk to the Agency. Identify issues that could be or are problematic to the compliance of the organization and report these issues to the Clinical and Regulatory Advisor to the Board and ultimately the CCO. Support clinical leaders in the development and ongoing compliance of the QAPI program set forth by the Board of Directors.

Clinical director -2017

Responsible to supervise all day-to-day administrative tasks associated with a growth oriented, compliant and excellence driven agency. Oversight of the entire clinical department maintaining clinical excellence and compliance. Guided, supported, mentored clinical leadership team and all direct care staff assigned to them. Oversight of the performance evaluation process and assisted Executive Director with budgeting.

Responsible for the oversight of clinical staff, patients, medical records, clinical excellence and overall compliance of my assigned team. Managed the day-to-day assigned administrative tasks, mentored and evaluated team members.

Case manager- 2012

Responsible to assess, teach, and provide care to patients and families at the end of life. Developed and implemented care plans, coordinated with all disciplines, and worked with physician to manage end of life care.

Responsible to provide care and teaching to homebound patients. Completed Medicare required assessments, developed and implemented patient plans of care, and triaged off hour issues when on call.

Responsible to provide care for multiple patient types (high-risk, antepartum, laboring, delivering, surgical, and recovering patients).

Frequently was charge nurse on the unit during off shift hours.

Responsible for the care of antepartum, laboring, delivering, postpartum, and newborn patients.

Responsible to manage a 55 bed dementia unit.

Hired as a staff nurse responsible for the care of a team of residents with high acuity needs. Promoted to charge nurse, then promoted to Unit manager on a 50 bed dementia unit.
