I am a trusted broker with over 15 years of experience in understanding the needs of potential clients when buying, selling or investing in real estate. Although prior to real estate, a different product/service was offered, my dedication to discovering and delivering what was best for the client has always been paramount. Using communication styles unique to the client, offering advice and recommendations from their perspective and setting expectations up front, created an environment where clients felt safe. Trust is earned, and clients that trust, in addition to becoming repeat clients, refer future business.

Accomplishments

I am proud to share that I have raised four children. Between my three boys and a daughter, I am blessed to have twin granddaughters and three grandsons.

I started my real estate career at the beginning of our Oregon real estate crash. I was able to invest a large portion of my business income to building my name and brand.

In 2009 and 2010, I created a radio show entitled "Houses With Heidi". Being a weekly "live" show, needless to say, my skills improved over time. The show was a very expensive endeavor. Ultimately, it did not generate the revenue intended, when compared to the time it required in my writing content and securing guests, so I stepped away from it.

I went on to open my own brokerage, Pink Dot Properties, LLC and have thus created both name and brand recognition.

When not working, my goal is to jump in my yard and garden. Whether pulling weeks, planting flowers, vegetables or just watering it all, I enjoy the beauty and the fresh air. Hiking is another great way I can get fresh air and my exercise. Cooking for our Sunday Family meal or a special treat that I intend to share, time in my kitchen is like therapy that tastes good!

When it comes to reading, there's nothing better than a lounge chair in the sun or a recliner by the fire and a good book. To round out my off-work enjoyment, I must add my dogs.  I have two mini Australian Shepherds and they require a lot of running.  

All in all, my life is very well-rounded.  I am blessed to do what I love for a paycheck and what I love when not working.
