• In the last four and half years , I have been Head of the Meds to Beds Program, which is the retail side of pharmacy. My duties include,
• Check that all eligible patients have appropriate insurance information in the System.
• Completed paperwork, entering prescription and insurance or billing information into patient profiles.
• Consulted with insurance company representatives to complete claims processing, resolve concerns and reconcile payments.
• Resolved non-routine issues like third-party billing, computer system and customer service issues.
• Set up and modified patient profiles in WIN And EPIC to include current information such as medications and insurance details.

• As a certified (TCT) Tech check Tech I would cover the Iv room for 2 1/2 hours every morning. I would check all the Big cart Fill orders to restock omni Cells for the day. also maintain Par levels on Unit Dosed medications that needed to drawn up for hospital use. Receive Narcotics and store them in the controlled substance omni cell.
