I want to state that I've been told during my times working in retail and taking escalated calls that I am proficient in handling complex customer issues where the customers themselves are escalated and or tired of getting the run around. I excel at pinpointing the exact answers needed to solve a customer's needs by reviewing resources or seeking guidance from upper management. With how cold the world of business can become I provide a more personal and understanding energy when dealing with customers who are simply just looking for an agent that really just wants to help. If the first solution is not present for a customer I will always go above and beyond to ensure customers get the solutions the problems they face. In my time taking calls for exceedingly inconvenienced members I have been told that I am the first one to actually help them get closer to their solution than. In an unpredictable work week I am able to keep up with the change of pace during any shift in order to meet specific demands needed for the day. Whether it's fixing a customer's food order ASAP in drive through, finding the last jar of peanut butter that should be in stock or working overtime to finish stocking a warehouse truck I do my best to complete my job.
