As a PGY-3 Internal Medicine resident at West Anaheim Medical Center, I am pursuing a hospitalist role at an institution that prioritizes academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and service to diverse patient populations. My clinical training has been grounded in high-acuity care, with a strong foundation in procedures, complex case management, and evidence-based decision-making. I bring a deep commitment to health equity and culturally responsive care. My long-term goal is to grow as a physician-leader within an academic or community-based hospital system, where I can integrate direct patient care with quality improvement, clinical innovation, and mentorship.
