At Shake Shack: I was promoted every 3 months and started traveling within 9 months of joining. I traveled 3 times within my time with Shake Shack and to this day I'm offered traveling opportunities by fellow NSO trainers. I worked an average of 40-50 regularly and when traveling I worked 70+ hours! I enjoyed it tremendously.
