  • Launched Baby Phat the women's spin off of Phat Pharm owned by Russel Simmons.
  • Directed all Activewear/Streetwear product for Rainbow shoppes a budget retailer (1500 stores)over a 3 year period ( 2018-2021)with sell throughs that averaged 3-6 weeks.
  • Responsible for product specifically for WalMart in several departments that resulted in client becoming "Vendor of the year" for 3 years in a row.
  • Directed Dress team at Golden Touch that resulted in 1 million units at Macy's. Kohl's, Walmart , Boscov's and many small boutiques in the country. This success led me to teach my team the importance of "key items" in every collection. What is the 1 piece every one will want.
  • My company ,Concept Directions has been in business over 20 years. We were retained by manufacturers both large and small that had their own full design /merchandising teams but were not getting the results they needed. My clients used me for projects as well as retaining me for up to 10 years
