Accomplishments
  • Supervised and led the rotation team of 5 staff members at Annetta Elementary in Aledo ISD to establish and successfully run AMMP Camp. We were asked to present our AMMP Camp strategies and goals to the Aledo School Board.
  • Collaborated with Guided Coalition team of 15 faculty and staff members in the development of school wide activities and norms and traditions for Annetta Elementary.
  • Collaborated with House System team of 15 members in developing and implementing a strong school community through staff and student leadership roles.
  • Successfully created and implemented Aledo's workshop model in the art classroom, where students create their own learning target specific to their art project plan.
