My instruction was successful because I applied equity awareness and a variety of teaching modalities to minimize learning gaps, motivate students, and increase student participation with group projects and collaborative learning sessions. I have also encouraged student-led initiatives and clubs, promoting leadership skills and extracurricular engagement.
