. Charge nurse on all three Units,on Many Occasions a treatment nurse as well..I was basically a float and went where I was needed ,never really knowing until I seen the schedule upon arrival in the a.m. I work well independently or with the team.Always pitching a hand when others needed .I prefer to go the extra mile as my resident s needs were met.
