I have a background in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Technician, where I developed strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills. I also worked as a supervisor in the petroleum industry, gaining experience managing teams and handling customer needs as well as financial responsibilities. Recently, I completed the Google IT Support Certificate and hold a degree in Information Technology with a focus on database management. I’m now looking to apply my customer service and technical support skills in a fully remote role.
