-Administered intake assessments to Hanover residents who would like to initiate mental health or substance abuse outpatient services through the Same Day Access program.

- Conducted trainings for the DLA-20 Functional Assessment for new Hanover clinicians.

- Completed prescreening admission reports for Hanover residents in crisis to determine if they require hospitalization.
- Responded to calls on the Hanover Crisis line and providing risk assessment and triage to individuals who are in crisis or need assistance for a mental health or substance abuse concern.

-Administered intake assessments to Hanover residents who would like to initiate mental health or substance abuse outpatient services through the Same Day Access program.

-Served as CReST (Children’s Response and Stabilization Team) clinician for Hanover CSB and Goochland-Powhatan CSB in Region IV.
-Completed intake assessments and assigned diagnoses for children and adolescents -Provided short term, solution-focused crisis counseling approximately 30 days to assist in stabilizing a crisis.

-Administered case management services in order to assist linking clients to appropriate ongoing services in order to prevent future crises.
