Strategic and hands-on digital leader with 17+ years of experience driving innovation in asset management, engineering, and operational transformation across power generation, subsea oil and gas, and, recently, in water utilities, I specialize in delivering data-driven, digitally enabled solutions that integrate asset data, operational technology, and advanced analytics to improve safety, sustainability, and performance.

As a Digital Enablement Manager and Product Owner, I led cross-functional teams to develop and scale innovative platforms, remote operations models, and AI/analytics capabilities, while ensuring best practices for cyber security. I align digital strategies with business goals, empowering asset-intensive organizations to unlock long-term value from their data and technology investments.

My leadership spans the full asset lifecycle, combining systems thinking, innovation frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices in operational environments.
