Senior Operations Officer

GWC Marine Division (GWC Group Doha - Qatar)

  • Liaise with Port, Terminal, Master of Vessel’s and Principal for smooth Operation of Vessels calling to Hamad Port under our agency.
  • Liaise with Port Authorities, Immigration Authority, Customs, Vessel Berthing, and Operation movement.
  • Co ordinate with Partners, Port, Vessel Planner and finalize CBF & Loading plan.
  • Prepare and send arrival, departure and Vessel performance report to Principal.
  • Husbandry Activity: Crew Change activities, Coordinating with vendors and arrange all necessary needs for Vessels (Ex. CTM, Fuel, Freshwater, Provisions, Etc.)
  • Check and arrange for approval for all Vendor related invoice’s.
  • Basic working knowledge on Macs3 , CASP.
  • Updating daily container movements in system for as per Principal requirement
  • Coordinate with Terminal and depot for empty repo and transport arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Terminal, vendors and shipper/consignee for all equipment related issues such us reefer Malfunction and damage containers offloading etc..

Port Call Supervisor

  • Coordination with terminals, ship manager and agency and Husbandary team to finalize port call reports.
  • Cross check TDR , TPR and Shipmanager files by using CASP and MACS3.
