•Designed and executed comprehensive test cases for RMS, including order creation with varied plans, timeframes, and geographical locations, to detect and resolve database, integration, and plan-related defects.
•Conducted end-to-end data validation using SQL queries and ETL tools to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of migrated customer records.
