Henry Burbano is an experienced pastor, church planter, and community leader with 24 years of pastoral and ministry experience in Ecuador and the United States. His background includes church planting, pastoral leadership, preaching and teaching, counseling, discipleship, leadership development, and community outreach. He has served in leadership roles within the Evangelical Covenant Church, including president of the Evangelical Covenant Church of Ecuador and president of the Confraternity of Spanish-Speaking Evangelical Covenant Churches. He is experienced in developing ministry vision, building teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating strong relationships within multicultural communities. Henry is a collaborative and culturally aware leader with a strong commitment to serving individuals, families, churches, and communities. His experience includes working with youth, supporting families, developing community partnerships, participating in international mission initiatives, and collaborating with leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
