Initiatives And Accomplishments

  • Projects handled: SF market POC for Battery Refresh Project, Market POC for Portable Generators, Permanent Generators including HFC and APU
  • Successfully stood in as a POC of the North Bay team during UMTS launch in 2007 for day-to-day activities when the manager was away for 7 months, ensuring that team SLA, MTTR, alarm recovery, MOU, and BSS availability were contained within company objectives. Maintained connection with field techs with regular meetings either face to face or conference as the business needs.
  • Appointed by Senior manager to lead a team of technicians in clearing faults and supported 3G T1 deployment that contributed to the alarm-free and successful launching of UMTS
  • Successfully led PDU setting change for SF Market resulting in Automatic Recovery of cabinets after a power outage positively impacting the market SLA and MTTR
  • Initiated and carried out activation of some idle Battery Backup Units in the North Bay area which has resulted in un-interrupted cell coverage during power outages on those sites
  • Initiated and successfully carried out a vendor, GC meeting, and retraining of techs in installing and commissioning of MCPA that has led to fewer service-impacting issues after an MCPA install by vendors.
