• Deployed to provide security for the Reconnaissance Company during visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) missions and act as a quick reaction force (QRF) for United States Military Operations in the Europe, Mediterranean and the Middle East

2010: Humanitarian Mission/Task Force (Haiti)

• Deployed to Haiti in Support if Operation Unified Response. Worked in conjunction with United Nations to provide security, medical relief and food to the people of Haiti (22 MEU)

2011: Afghanistan

• Deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Served as a rifleman, platoon Communications Operator, platoon Watch Officer and company Communications Chief (2 weeks)
• Managed the day-to-day tactical and long-term strategic activities including but not limited to logistics, accountability for personnel on and off the battlefield, accountability for millions of dollars of communication and secret equipment, training, MEDEVACS and reports. Conducted mounted and dismounted security patrols providing needed security to the local nationals (Awards: Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal)
