With a proven track record at Bethesda Terrace Senior Living Facility, I leveraged my experience, leadership, and desire to ensure resident satisfaction to enhance dining service and kitchen efficiency. Having worked in both the front and back of the house, I learned what responsibilities lie in delivering a problem free meal service. I formed genuine connections with the residents I served for over 6 years and felt personally responsible for ensuring they felt like the facility was truly their home, this often meant going above and beyond what was expected as a dining services employee. I feel my years as a dedicated server which led to my promotion to dining services supervisor, as well as my transition to line cook and production chef, show my adaptability and commitment as a team member.
