Additionally im very big on customer service knowing the first impressions the outcome for the future one slight inconvenience if not handled appropriately can cost a shop sales.

Ive trained plenty of floor leads at different shops. I can train staff from General duties to leadership who run floors without second question. I am big on customer service one wrong move can be costly so when training i make sure attentiveness is one of the traits my tech learn. I make sure everyone feels like theyre on a team and always giving it theyre 100%. Ive been in many store compititons which me and my team knock out the park from sales to having the most google reviews in set time. Ive changed store from low staff to full capacity, low income to meeting sales metrics and from having people who never touched a car learn the cars inside out by specifics.
