• Source, hire, and manage a team of local league coordinators, referees/hosts, event staff, and media contributors
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for product offerings in sports, events, and local media
• Execute necessary paperwork for permitting and contracting venues for all sports league & events
• Work with media contributors to curate relevant, engaging content for Fray's social media
• Manage all league and event operations daily, including: Partnerships, relationship cultivation, and management
• Proactive member and player services including: Build relationships with players and stakeholders within our leagues
• Regular, consistent product-related communication
• Post league/event surveying- responses and operational fixes
• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email & social media
• Grow the market through creativity, hustle, innovation, networking, and sales efforts

• Game day operations: lined and set up fields, assigned officials to proper locations, collected scoresheets, handled any problems on and off the field and resolved them promptly.
• Administrative duties: entered scores into Google docs, updated company website and database, provided exemplary customer service, attended bi-weekly conference calls, quarterly and yearly planning meetings and helped with team happy hours and shirt distribution.

• This position’s role includes all applicable duties associated with assisting in the planning and execution of leagues as well as company wide initiatives and programs
• Important tasks of this role include but are not limited to hiring/staffing of field crew, weekly schedules, logistics of equipment/trophies, as well as general sports league needs
• Other specific duties may include but are not limited to scheduling, league hosting, refereeing, logistics coordination, admin and other duties as assigned and needed to carry out the business of United Fray
• Additional responsibilities, overseeing/managing inventory of equipment, ordering of equipment each season, and maintaining of equipment at the office and on site at facilities.
