
I am an agent assistant for an American Family agency for the last 6 years. In my time with that agency I have developed skills in regards to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting my coworkers in their tasks. I am often managing multiple tasks at one time, adapting to changing priorities throughout the day. Oftentimes I would be handling client profiles and sensitive personal information.
Additionally, I have worked for various clients as a Housesitter/Dogsitter. This job often required monitoring multiple high energy animals and various plants in addition to the normal upkeep of a home. I'd often send daily communication and pictures to my clients for their peace of mind. Occasionally I would need to proactively problem solve while waiting for a response from the client.
