• As a journeyman at SJS my tasks include running team from trim stage to turn over on commercial and multifamily buildings, training apprentices on correct installation of fixtures (Showers/ tubs, faucets, toilets, dishwashers) Also with retail space I install flushometers, wall hung sinks with the proper ADA STANDARD measurements & heights for public bathrooms , drinking fountains w/ bottle filler, dog wash station, electric primers, mop sinks, and installing hot water tanks. Install gas meters, regulators & solenoids for BBQ gas lines , fire pits and outdoor sinks.
• Understand the boiler system & water entry rooms , firing it up and make sure it's good to go to give the building hot water.
• Laid off due to no more work

• accomplished allot of Trim on custom houses.
• . I learned the process of completing multi-family apartment buildings from rough in through the trim and finishing stages. Worked on waste and vent systems as well as unit water, wall hung fixtures, public amenities, installing tankless and regular water heaters. Gained experience in soldering and PEX installation.
• I can lay out a water system for a house and pipe it with PEX A & B, shower valves , diverters , rainheads , install tubs, shower pans, nail plating, install hose bibs block & hose bibs.
